Refunds

Our refund policy is ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange after this order is placed. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused , in the same condition that you received it, and it must also be in original packaging. To complete your return, we require a proof of purchase.

If refund is applicable, once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and if you refund is approved or rejected.

Exchanges

Our exchange policy is ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange after this order is placed. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused , in the same condition that you received it, and it must also be in original packaging. To complete your exchange, we require a proof of purchase.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an text at (312)860-4805 to for further assistance with the exchange.

 

Shipping

Our products are shipped within 2-3 Days using the following carriers: USPS or FedEx . To return your product, you should Text (312)860-4805 with details on your return. You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returned item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. The time on exchanged product(s) may vary to reach you. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item(s), We recommend using a trackable shipping service and adding shipping insurance on any product over $50.
